Mike started brewing beer back in 2010. An avid homebrewer, he always tried to find ways to adjust the recipe for the better. He tried every new and old brewery in Louisville, KY . With patience and enough applications, he became a bartender and brewed with the best of them. Making a home near Indy in 2022, he found his way to work for two local fermentation companies.
